 Vocational school students have
 attended significantly fewer in-person
 classes over the past decade, with
 employers concerned about graduates'
 basic skills.
 
 USU: Finnish MPs to practice using
 defence shelter under Parliament House
 The drill marks the first time MPs will
 practice using the underground
 facilities, which include a backup
 plenary hall, since they were completed
